How does the hearts system work? expand_more

You start each day with 5 hearts. Every wrong answer costs one heart. When you run out, you'll need to wait until the next day to continue - or upgrade to Pro for unlimited hearts.

How do I keep my streak? expand_more

Complete at least one lesson per day to keep your streak alive. Your streak resets at midnight in your local timezone if you miss a day.

What's the difference between Free and Pro? expand_more

Free gives you access to all beginner courses, 5 hearts per day, streaks, and community features. Pro unlocks all advanced courses, unlimited hearts, a ×1.5 XP multiplier, and a Pro badge on your profile. See full comparison →

Can I reset my progress on a course? expand_more

Yes. Go to Settings → Courses and use the "Reset course progress" option to clear your progress for a specific course.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription? expand_more

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

I found a bug. Where do I report it? expand_more

Use the contact form on this page and select "Bug report" as the topic. Please include as much detail as possible - what you were doing, what happened, and which browser/device you're on.

How do I delete my account? expand_more

Go to Settings → Billing and scroll to the bottom. Account deletion is permanent - all your progress, XP, and data will be removed.
